Job Overview

Role and responsibilities
● Responsible for shaping, leading and delivering the creative vision of all content on the app and
social media
● Responsible for translating business and marketing goals into creative projects
● Oversee multiple projects through all stages of development and content creation (from concept
through to production, post and final delivery)
● Build processes and guidelines to direct the daily creative workflow to support strategic goals
● Collaborate and guide the work of all direct creative leads, giving them critical feedback and
leading the generation of new ideas
● Think across platforms, mastering the idiosyncrasies of each to create tailored content across
● Stay abreast of content and technology trends in influencer marketing, social media content,
shoppable content across ecommerce with a focus on beauty, personal care, fashion and lifestyle
● Setup, build and operate in house production team as well as work with external agencies to
create content
Experience requirement
● Proven ability to develop creative content across multiple formats – video, text and graphics in
the digital/social media space
● Experience in working with influencers to build short form video content (UGC/ICC)
● Previous experience in building content for e-commerce platforms
● In depth of knowledge of the beauty/personal care/fashion/lifestyle space
Skill requirements
● Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
● Skilled in writing creative concepts and a passion for storytelling
● Ability to work cross-team with business partners, campaign managers and marketers as a
creative partner
● Ability to employ sound critical thinking and problem-solving approaches
● Ability to dive deep into quantitative data around customer perceptions and behavior, and is
able to translate it into clear, actionable creative direction
● Ability to present creative ideas thoughtfully and thoroughly to internal and external
● Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
● Comfortable taking ownership in an ambiguous environment
● Ability to articulate expectations and lead teams to deliver outcomes and objectives
● Instill a passion for collaboration and teamwork throughout the department
What You’ll Need
● 8 – 12 years work experience in a creative/video leadership role (ideal candidate has been
directly responsible for developing content for an e-commerce platform with experience in
fashion, beauty and lifestyle categories)
● Track record of proven work across digital/social media platforms
● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Writing, Communication, Advertising, English, or related field
● Working knowledge of various tools of the trade
● Portfolio and CV is a must
